Motor for automatic swing gates

The motor has a power of 350W and can open or close gates with a maximum weight of 800 kg.

The PNI AP800D gate automation kit, which includes this motor, contains all the components necessary to automate a self-supporting gate: the motor, warning light, two photocells and mounting accessories.

Local and remote control

The gate can be opened and closed remotely (2 remote controls included) or other access control devices can be connected such as access buttons, access keypads, card readers, smart relays with internet control, etc.

Obstacle detection and incident prevention

To avoid incidents, you can set the obstacle detection sensitivity level: from low to high. If the gate is closing or opening and encounters an obstacle, the motor will stop.

Also, the set of photocells included in the package detects any obstacle that appears or is present in the gate opening and automatically stops the motor, respectively the closing of the gate.

Automatic shutdown

You can program the gate to close automatically after a certain number of seconds (10, 30 or 60). You can also program the condominium mode that allows simultaneous control from multiple access devices.

In condominium mode, when the gate is opening, if the buttons on the remote control or other connected access terminal (access button or access keypad) are pressed, they will not work until the gate is fully open. When the gate is closing, if the buttons on the remote control or other connected access terminal are pressed, the gate will stop and open fully, allowing access.

Installation precautions

Do not perform welding when:

- it is mounted on the bearing sets (the bearing contact is damaged);

- the engine is mounted (it leads to the failure of the board and the wiring on it).
