Swing gate automation system

The swing gate automation kit is equipped with two 40W motors with a maximum rotation speed of 200rpm that can open or close gates with a maximum weight of 200 kg and a maximum length of 2.5 meters. The PNI MAB300LR gate automation kit includes the basic components required to set up a practical access control system: control unit, two piston motors (maximum extension 300 mm), two remote controls, two photocells, warning light, rubber stop, and mounting accessory kit.

Remote control, compatible devices

The gate can be opened and closed from the remote control. The system supports the connection of other access control devices such as electromagnetic locks, electromagnetic retainers, access buttons, and access keypads. Optionally, the system can be connected to a solar system or a 24V backup battery.

Automatic closing with timer

The system can be set so that the gates close automatically after a certain period of time. The gates can also be opened or closed simultaneously or at a maximum difference of 10 seconds from each other, or only one gate can be opened at a time.

Obstacle detection

In the event of an obstacle being detected during opening or closing, the gates will stop. Choose safety for your family.

You can adjust the opening angle of the gate according to the dimensions in the table.

- D - desired opening angle

- A and B - values must be strictly observed on the same horizontal line with the angle to obtain the correct opening.

The values in columns A, B, C, E, and L are expressed in mm.

The values in column D are expressed in degrees.

The total length of the closed/open piston is indicated in the documentation, in the photo and in the manual.

Remotely control your garage door (open/close)

Simply replace or install this relay in parallel with the garage door control button. The smart relay then takes control of the garage door by receiving a close or open signal from a programmed remote control or directly from the Tuya Smart app.

Compatible with the Tuya Smart app

To control the smart relay remotely, you need to download the Tuya Smart app (Android and iOS). This will allow you to open or close your garage door or yard gate remotely, from another location or from your car, in front of your house.

Easy to install

The smart relay is very easy to install. Simply pass the cables coming from the garage door control button through the relay clip.

Provides security for your home

You will know when the garage door opens via notifications sent by Tuya to your mobile phone, or you will be notified if you have left the garage door open.
