	16-channel NVR PNI House IP816 is a 16-channel NVR (Network Video Recorder) designed for professional video surveillance. It supports resolutions up to 4K (8 MP) for 10 channels and 5 MP for all 16 channels, allowing a large number of IP cameras to be connected simultaneously.
Main functions The product offers intelligent security functions such as motion detection, human presence detection, lack of video transmission detection, and intrusion detection in predetermined areas. In addition, it is compatible with the HiAi mobile application (Android and iOS) which allows remote viewing, playback and configuration.
	Key Technical Features Technically, the device has video inputs for up to 16 cameras, VGA and HDMI video outputs with maximum playback resolution 2560 × 1440 @ 60Hz, supports H.265/H.264 compression and is ONVIF compatible. It works with a SATA HDD (maximum 8 TB) and has two USB ports for backup. It consumes less than 15W (without HDD installed) and is powered at 12 V / 2 A.
Use and operation The installation involves mounting the hard drive in the drive (HDD is not included), connecting to the internet network and powering it, then configuring it via the Quick Guide: setting the language, time, time zone, adding cameras and changing the default password. The interface allows live viewing, playback of recordings by camera/period, downloading files to USB and activating AI functions (for cameras that support this function).
