The PNI Escort HP 5500 CB radio station allows for the most accurate control over the background noise specific to the CB band.

The analog adjustable SQ function with potentiometer and 5-level ASQ allow the user to filter and eliminate noise, making communication clearer.

The 7-level RF Gain function allows control over the reception frequency, reducing distortion.

NOTE, to modify the rule:

1. Turn off the radio; simultaneously press the PTT key + the UP key on the microphone while turning the radio back on

2. The LED corresponding to the A/F key lights up and the current rate appears on the screen.

3. Press the UP-DOWN keys to reach the desired rate, then restart the station or press the PTT key to exit the rate setting mode.

The PNI Extra 45 antenna is the smallest CB antenna (it is only 45 cm high) that can be mounted on both cars and vans or minibuses. Its small dimensions make it almost unnoticeable, easily confused with the radio antenna.

Easy installation and calibration

The PNI Extra 45 antenna is easy to install, by simply screwing the spike onto the magnet fixed on the car's dome, but also to calibrate, by rotating the tip with a screw, until the desired performance is obtained. It is recommended that the antenna adjustment/calibration be carried out by specialized personnel with the relevant equipment.
