Pre-installed echo and roger beep module

The echo and roger beep module pre-installed in the microphone has the following main functions:
• Echo : Generating the echo effect of the signal captured by the radio station's microphone and inserting it into the modulation stage;
• Roger beep : Generate a personalized signal (via MP3 audio file) upon completion of the broadcast and maintain it.

Custom Roger Beep effect

Connect a USB cable to the micro USB jack on the microphone's internal board and to a computer and copy the custom audio file (MP3 or WAV, maximum length 1.5 seconds) as instructed in the manual.

As a result, at the end of each transmission, you will also transmit the personalized audio signal that will be received by other CB users as an end-of-transmission warning.

Compatibility

The PNI Echo One microphone is compatible with the PNI Escort HP 6500, PNI Escort HP 7120, PNI Escort HP 6550 CB radio stations and with any CB station with an RJ11 connector with 5V output voltage on PIN 4.

Add these two new features to your station and you will make a difference: your received voice will be distinguished from the others by the echo effect, and the end of your broadcast will be marked by an original audio signal.

Echo Settings

Echo adjustments can be made via the 2 potentiometers on the microphone board, using a ceramic screwdriver.

Setting 1: Here you can adjust the echo length. Modify and test in a related way until you get the desired result.

Setting 2: Here you can adjust the number of echo repetitions per second. Change and test repeatedly until you get the desired result.

Connecting to a computer and copying custom sound

To record another sound (beep of maximum 1.5 seconds) in MP3 or WAV format, you must connect the microphone via a micro USB-USB cable to the laptop (computer) and activate the power switch (position "Open").

In a few seconds, the laptop will find the xx MB memory, then copy and transfer the file to the module's memory.

Don't forget to switch the module switch back to the original working position.

Sticky Pad special adhesive

The non-slip holder is a quick and easy way to keep your mobile phone close at hand when you are in the car. It is made of a special and very durable material with double anti-slip features. The holder can also keep other items such as sunglasses, lighters, keys, headphones or Bluetooth devices safely.
