PMR446 without license

PNI PMR R40 PRO are stations operating in the 446 MHz band, without a license. These stations are portable and offer a simple and effective solution for group communication.

With an emission power of up to 0.5W and a communication distance in open environments of up to 5-10 km (in urban or wooded areas the communication distance can be reduced to 1-3 km), the PNI R40 PRO station package is recommended for groups and teams.

Secure communications

To avoid interference and allow private conversations within a group, the PMR R40 PRO stations use two audio signal coding systems: CTCSS (50 tones available) and DCS (105 codes available).

16 channels (8+8)

The PNI PMR R40 PRO station has 8 standard PMR446 channels that allow communication with  any other PMR station.

The other 8 channels can be secured with CTCSS/DCS codes through the programming software.
