The new Martin, from the President

Named after the 8th president of the United States ( Martin Van Buren), CB President Martin Radio Station wants to combine the classic functions and characteristics of CB stations with new trends.

The President Martin CB radio station has dimensions of 115 x 180 x 35 mm and a weight of 571 grams, average characteristics compared to other CB stations, being able to be positioned anywhere in the car or truck.

Tuning of radio signals

The classic functions of any radio station are also present in the Martin model from President. The manual squelch (SQ) is among the most important functions of the station because it allows you to filter weak signals. As an improvement, the automatic squelch (ASC) appeared, which offers an automatic adjustment, without the need to always go to the squelch potentiometer - a very appreciated function in recent years.

The dual 12/24V power supply is one of the features that gives the President Martin station an advantage over its competitors on the market.

The station becomes part of the car

We want everything to be matched, and President takes this into account by offering radio station Martin the possibility of changing the screen light in no less than 7 colors.

President Martin aligns with the new trends by having fast charging at USB 5V/2.1A offering the convenience of charging the phone, GPS or any device with USB power.

One step ahead

The ANL automatic noise limiter together with RF Gain and Roger Beep make President Martin a noise-free radio station, which makes the use much more pleasant.

By setting the RF Gain potentiometer you can adjust the reception sensitivity in communication. Thus RF Gain must be set to maximum when the correspondent is nearby and can be decreased to reduce distortions.

Everything ready for the road

The President Martin CB radio station comes equipped with a 6-pin microphone which, in addition to the PTT button, also includes Up/Down buttons for changing channels. The power cable and the station support and microphone are not missing.

The performance of the product is closely related to the technical characteristics of the antenna in ideal conditions of installation and use: SWR <= 1.2, maximum applied power 200 W, impedance 50 Ohms, stainless steel, etc.

Communication distance

The communication distance is another decisive factor in the purchase and use of a CB antenna. Thus, the maximum communication distance of 9 km is achieved in ideal working conditions: calibrated antenna, open field without obstacles, the station with the legally permitted maximum power of 4W and with a standard reception. Any obstacle such as: hills, mountains, buildings, walls can reduce this distance.

The length of the antenna is a very important factor that can influence the communication distance. Thus, the longer the antenna, the greater the range of action. The PNI ML70 antenna is 70 cm long (magnetic base included).

Magnetic base

The PNI 145/PL magnetic base in the package is provided with a 4 m cable, sufficient for placing the antenna on the dome, it has a diameter of 145 mm and a strong magnet that gives the antenna stability even at high speeds.

Full package

This kit is ready for assembly with: antenna, magnetic base with cable and plug PL259, Allen key for calibration. All you have to do is mount the antenna on the magnetic base, connect it to a CB radio station and calibrate it to use it at maximum performance.
