Lavender essential oil, while similar to Lavender, is not "true" lavender. It is a cross between lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) which grows at higher altitudes and spike lavender (Lavandula latifolia) which grows lower on the hillsides. It has a very sweet and floral aroma similar to "true" Lavender.

Lavender essential oil prevents infections, reduces pain, treats coughs and is used for skin care.

A soothing fragrance for a relaxing bath

Lavender essential oil can be used:

• in bath water (add up to 8 drops of essential oil) for general relaxation and skin care

• in the massage oil

• by inhalation with 5 drops per 100ml of hot water

• in aromatherapy fights stress, fatigue, migraines, treats cough.

Note: Do not use undiluted product and avoid contact with eyes. This product is for external use only!
