Frankincense, also known as olibanum, is made from the resin of the Boswellia tree. This tree usually grows in dry and mountainous regions of India, Africa and the Middle East.

• in bath water (add up to 8 drops of essential oil) for rheumatic, muscle pain and general relaxation

• in the massage oil

• by inhalation with 5 drops per 100ml of hot water

• in aromatherapy fights stress, fatigue, migraines, improves breathing
