Communication distance

The communication distance is another decisive factor in the purchase and use of a CB antenna. The maximum communication distance of 15 km or even more is achieved in ideal working conditions: calibrated antenna, open field without obstacles, the station with the legally allowed maximum power of 4W and with a standard reception. Any obstacle such as hills, mountains, buildings, walls can reduce this distance.

Antenna length

The antenna length of 1430 cm is another very important factor that can influence the communication distance in traffic. Thus, the longer the antenna, the greater the communication distance / range.

Compatibility

The Sirio BULL TRUCKER 3000 PL CB antenna is compatible with any PL magnetic base from PNI or Sirio provided that it is strong enough to support the weight of the antenna. Bases with a diameter of 160 mm are generally recommended.

This antenna can also be mounted on a fixed support such as PNI T941 or PNI L1, SP-S inox (along with the PNI T601 cable).
